We have developed latest version of control for logic operation of lift Le. the lift with latest version of control panel with AC Drive and Micro Processor Based PLC for logic operation of lift. With this, the operation of lift will be very smooth including starting & hault without any jerks and brake downs are controlled to more than 90% due to non moving parts in the Control Panel and lift shaft.

With the latest technology, the should not go out of service if all doors closed properly and power supply is constant without interruption. With the regular check-up and service & maintenance of lift, the equipments will have life more than 25 years and we assure you that you will not have to repent in the event you fmalize the order.

The equipments and installation of.lift shall be as per 1.S. flIld B.S. standards.

[1] SET OF REDUCTION GEAR COMPLETE:

M/s.Elecon Engineering Ltd., Vallabh Vidyanagar, Anand, Gujarat State, India, on the World Map and their products are of Intemational standards in performance & efficiency. They are now manufacturing "Elevators Machines complete" for passenger and goods lifts etc.

M/ s.Elecon Engineering Ltd. are manufacturing set of Elevator Machines for Kone Elevator (I) Ltd. / Thysen Kruup / Otis Elevator etc. as per their design and are supplying to them since last 5 years.

We have offered Complete Set of" Elecon Elevator Machine" for Passenger Lift is of a Intemational Std. , so far as the performance & efficiency concemed.

The Motor supplied & installed with Class "F" insulation.

[2] CONTROL PANEL:

The Control Panel is assembled with Main Components i.e. A.C.Drive -" Yashikawa make L&T Product" and Micro Processor Based PLC for logic operation. The product of L&T need no comment of appreciation. All L&T products are of very high standard in performance and efficiency.

The design of Control Panel become so simple with AC Drive and Micro Processor Based PLC i.e no moving contacts are installed in control panel. With the result of this, brake downs are negligible or minor.

The wiring diagram of our installation is so simple. that any local electrician will find it easy to understand & attend minor brake downs in emergency.

MICRO PROCESSOR BASED PLC in a control panel, which is manufactured here by a Group of Engineers of Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) in Ahmedabad, for more than 10 years, and their thousands of PLCs are in operation. The performance is best and proven one. .

[3] CAR OPERATING PANEL:

The car operating control panel and panel on landing shall be of latest design with floor position and direction indication.

[4] FABRICATED ITEMS:

The steel fabrication items i.e. Brackets, Car & Counterweight safeties are manufactured at our works for the last 3 decades.

[5] LIFT CAR & CAR DOORS:

The Lift Car & Car Door are fabricated items, manufactured on a Auto press brake machine. The material i.e. S.S.sheeets available here, manufactured of Steel Authority of India, Salem.

[6] BOUGHT -OUT ITEMS:

The rest items are bought-out items such as Wire Rope, Single core cables, Trailing cables are of Best Indian make bearing ISI mark.
